Unity was established to provide a structured, transparent alternative to fragmented property sourcing. The company was created by Tim Harrison, a senior airline pilot who built his own property portfolio while managing a demanding career. Through that experience, he recognised a clear gap in the market.

Time-poor professionals wanted exposure to residential property, but lacked the time, expertise, and network required to execute with confidence. Unity was built to solve that problem.

After years of building a successful multi property portfolio spanning traditional buy to let, serviced accommodation, HMOs across both private and public sectors, and social housing partnerships with local authorities, Tim understood the challenges investors face. The learning curve was steep and the time commitment substantial. Yet the rewards, when done right, were exceptional.

This hands on experience revealed that while property investment offered outstanding returns, most professionals simply couldn’t dedicate the time required to source deals, manage renovations, handle tenants, and stay current with regulations.
